Christine and Trevor
Meet Christine and Trevor. They live in Toronto ON where Christine works as an Accounts Payable Manager and Trevor is an IT Technical Analyst. They met online and spent a few weeks getting to know each other. They have been together 7 years and have always wanted to be parents!
"Both of our parents are very supportive and encouraging with our journey to date. They are extremely reassuring in this next phase of our journey and yearning to have a first grandchild in my dad's case and a new baby to join my husband's nieces and nephews. Our siblings are aware of the next phase in us hoping to become parents and their love and support surrounds us. We have told some friends that we are looking at surrogacy as an option to join them in parenthood. They have been very encouraging and understanding that this is the next best step. Social media has also been helpful. Seeing that there are many on similar paths and hearing the struggles and successes have helped to keep us grounded and hopeful."
