Patrick and Wil
Meet Wil and Patrick. They live in Cloyne, Cork County, Ireland where Wil works as a Data Analyst and Patrick is a Medical Doctor. They first met in September, 2011. There was a clear spark between them from the first date, and they both leaned into it. Since the beginning, they have been open with each other about wanting to have children someday. They feel their life together has progressed very naturally, and they are ready to take this next step. They hope to build a lasting friendship with their surrogate that will continue long after the birth of their child.
“We are very lucky to both have strong support from family and friends. We have been really open with our families about our journey and they have been nothing but excited and supportive. The same goes for our friends. When we were successful in creating embryos, the outpouring of excitement from everyone was nothing short of amazing. Our parents can’t wait to meet their future grandchildren and our siblings can’t wait to add new nieces or nephews to the growing ranks!”
