Amine and Hamidou
Meet Amine and Hamidou. They live in Paris France where Amine is a Customer Success Manager and Hamidou is a Customer Accountant. They met at a friend's house when they were younger but only started getting closer a few years ago and have officially been a couple for just over two years now. Hamidou brought an adorable daughter into the relationship and Amine can't wait for her to be a big sister!
“Our desire to be dads started when we were around 25 years old. We always imagined ourself as in Desperate Housewives living in a quiet neighbourhood with our close friends and familly. So, having children is of course when of our biggest dreams and our first daughter can't wait to have a sibling. It is important for us that the surrogate will be a part of our child's life and Canada is in our opinion the only country that comes closest to what we would like to find in a relationship with the surrogate.”

Quick overview on a few things you need to know about becoming a surrogate in Canada:
You must be a female of 21-49 years of age
Have delivered one or more child(ren) of your own
Have experienced healthy pregnancies and births
Lead a healthy lifestyle and be physically/mentally healthy in general
Surrogates in Canada are:
Reimbursed all of their expenses. (average $20,000-30,000)
Can apply for 15 weeks of maternity leave (if eligible)
Have independent legal representation and a legal contract
Will travel to the Intended Parents clinic - all costs covered
